Morgan Hill Academy of Music & Art
TUITION POLICY
All payments for individual and private lessons are paid monthly, in advance, and are due on the 25th day of the month preceding the month in which the lessons shall be given. A late fee of $15.00 shall be assessed for payments received after the first day of the month. Returned Check fee of $25 will be charged on all NSF items.
Private instruction fees:

Group art lessons: $45 per 90 minute lesson per person
Registration fee: $30.00 (Non-refundable) one-time per child will be charged at the time of registration. This fee will be waived for students returning within the calendar year.
SCHEDULING
Requests for rescheduling must be made 24 hours in advance. You are allowed one make up lesson in a calendar month. Rescheduling is subject to Teacher availability. A substitute maybe provided when a teacher is ill or on vacation. There will be no refunds or tuition credits given for missed lessons. We appreciate you giving us a two week written notice is required when dropping a class.
MATERIALS
Music books may be purchased through the Academy. Students are responsible for the care of all music books and sheet music. Except in the case of piano lessons, students must bring their own musical instruments.
List of Art Supplies required for classes will be handed at the time of registration.
CARE OF STUDENTS
The Academy is not responsible for providing before or after class care for students. It is the Parent responsibility to ensure Students are on time for class and are picked up promptly after class.
RECITALS
The Academy offers opportunities to perform in recitals twice a year, to participate in performance classes (students improve performing skills in a constructive environment with their peers), to participate in the annual CM test exam, and to participate in student’s art works exhibitions. Our teachers will provide help in orchestra and audition preparation.
Recital Fee: $30 and is Non-Refundable. Early sign up is encouraged to facilitate the event.
