If 24 hours notice is given, and if you wish to reschedule a makeup lesson at no additional charge, you must do so within 2 weeks. If the makeup lesson takes place after 2 weeks you will be charged one full lesson fee. Only one makeup lesson per month is allowed.
Students are responsible for the care of all music books and, except in the case of piano lessons, students must bring their own musical instruments.
If for any reason you want to quit, you may do so at any time, however you need to provide us with a one month’s written notice.
CARE OF STUDENTS
The Academy is not responsible for providing before or after class care for students. The students are also not to be left at the Academy for an excessive amount of time before or after class.
GENERAL INFORMATION
The Academy offers opportunities to perform in recitals twice a year, to participate in performance classes (students improve performing skills in a constructive environment with their peers), to participate in the annual CM test exam, and to participate in student’s art works exhibitions. Our teachers will provide help in orchestra and audition preparation.
